For Partners: Managing your account

– Login & Setup:

  1. 1. Go to www.globaldaypass.com and click on the button labeled Login. Put the email and password we provided in. 
  2. 2. Once you've logged in, click on your name in the top right corner and select ‘Dashboard’. If you do not see this, click on this link www.globaldaypass.com/partner/dashboard
  3. 3. Accept our Terms of Service.
  4. 4. Select Venue and click Manage. 

 

– Edit Listing 

Upon clicking Manage, you can manage your listing details such as Email for receiving confirmations, listing phone number, photos, descriptions, and day passes. These should be ones where clients can reach you about their bookings, and the address of the property. If you need something edited that you don't have access to, email us at [email protected].

 

Here's what you should start with:

 

  1. 1. Description: The description of your property should be written to describe all the amenities a client will have access to, as well as arrival instructions for clients, and how best to check-in. This is an opportunity to highlight the best parts of your property, for example, a heated pool, jacuzzi, gym, or others. 
  2. 2. Photos: There are 2 fields for photos of the property. The first is for the background, which requires 1 photo. This one serves as the main photo of the property on the website when clients are browsing options. The rest of the photos can be uploaded below and will be seen by clients once they open your property. Add high-quality and bright photos. These will help differentiate your listing from others. Ensure they have a size of less than 500 kb each. Ensure you have at least 6. You can put photos of your property, pool, restaurant, food, or more. Do not put text on photos - they will be deleted.

 

– Creating & Managing Your Day Pass Packages

 

Create your day pass

 

To create a day pass for your property, select the day pass tab and click the ‘Create Day Pass’ button.

  1. 1. Select a name for your day pass that accurately represents the package, such as: Full day pass, half day pass, sunset day pass, and breakfast day pass.
  2. 2. Create a description containing everything your package includes, your GlobalDayPass addon, and the time that people can stay such as 12:00 - 18:00. 
  3. 3. Select all amenities that your package contains, try to be as accurate as possible so people filtering by those amenities see your day pass. 
  4. 4. Select whether you want to allow for child bookings in the section ‘Enable Children Day Passes’- (Yes/No)

 

Managing Inventory

 

Once your day pass is created, select the button labeled ‘Dates’. Here you may manage inventory in bulk.

 

  1. 1. Input your start date and end date of when you want the modification. If the screen freezes, try to update fewer dates in bulk. 
  2. 2. Select your child price, adult price, and total inventory for that date. 
  3. 3. Select ‘Repeat’ to choose whether you want to modify the dates for every day, or only certain days during the week such as Monday and Tuesday. 
  4. 4. Click Submit to save. All changes are live. Note that all values are in EUR. 

 

Our Advice: Make sure that you offer flexible packages, for example, not all clients want a food bundle so offering a day pass with only access will help you target clients looking for a more budget-friendly option. We recommend that you offer at least three packages to allow our clients to choose the one which suits them best. We also encourage you to create packages with food and spa amenities such as massages included - clients like to have an all-inclusive package where they pay for the entire experience at once with no hidden costs. 

 

– Managing Bookings

 

View Bookings

 

When you're on your extranet, select 'Bookings' where you will see all necessary information such as the name of the customer, what they booked, when they're arriving, and the NET rate. Please note all values are in EUR.

 

Cancelling Bookings

 

You may cancel a booking by clicking cancel. Please remember that this client is counting on arriving and doing so will disrupt their holiday so we strongly recommend you call the client before doing so to explain the situation to them and try to figure out an alternative date or arrangement. Once you cancel, we will refund the client based on our agreement with you in your partner's terms of service. 

 

– Users

 

Under users you are able to see all the users that have access to editing your hotel information, if you want someone added to this, you can contact us at [email protected]. The admins that you see on that page are all employees of GlobalDayPass, and will not interfere with your listings unless you need assistance or they notice a mistake.
